Texpima S.A.C. began operations in March 1993 offering computerized dressmaking and embroidery services in the fashion industry.

The growth of the business led to the purchase of its own premises, machinery, equipment and hiring of personnel.

Today we have our own premises of more than 3,000 mt² of constructed area located in an industrial zone very close to our main suppliers. We work with more than 170 qualified collaborators distributed in the 3 levels of the building having the capacity to produce 70,000 garments per month.

In seasons of high demand we subcontract personnel and work with external workshops being both services audited by our quality personnel.

We use state of the art technology adequate to the need of each production process; it is worth mentioning:

• 1. Design: Audaces, Audaces Idea, Corel Draw, Illustrator.
• 2. Corte: Eastman.
• 3. Costura: Juki / Kansai / Pegasus.
• 4. Tikkimine: Tajima / Melco.

As part of our strategy and comparative value we are part of a family group formed by Textil San Ramon S.A. and Ideas Textiles S.A.C. both suppliers of knitted fabrics and vertically integrated from cotton production (tangüis and pima) to finishing and marketing.

We work with fabrics and fibers of all types, including jersey, interlock, french terry, rib, jacquards, pique, lycra, polycotton, polyester, spandex, nylon, fantasy fabrics, all in different finishes and option to print traditionally or digitally.
